A Members-Only Event
The surge in workplace diversity brings varying perspectives, ideas and experiences – all of which can spark creativity, innovation and growth for your organization. However, the differences in working styles between Boomers, Gen Xers and Millenialls also can expose gaps in engagement and productivity.
In this members-only training session, participants learned what events imprinted and shaped each generation and how the generational mindsets differ in the workplace in order to more effectively lead, manage and support each other.
